As used in this chapter, 'school corporation' means a school corporation that:(1) is located in a county having a population of:(A) more than three hundred fifty thousand (350,000) and less than four hundred thousand (400,000); or(B) more than two hundred fifty thousand (250,000) and less than three hundred thousand (300,000); and(2) has at least twenty thousand (20,000) students.[Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-3-20-2.]As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.7.
