The general assembly finds that provisions of this chapter:(1) are necessary to address unique issues faced by the Muncie Community school corporation;(2) are necessary to take advantage of the relationship between Ball State University and the Muncie Community school corporation; and(3) are not precedent for and may not be appropriate for issues faced by other school corporations.As added by P.L.213-2018(ss), SEC.22.
