As used in this chapter, 'annex', 'annexing', 'annexation', and 'school annexation' mean any action whereby the boundaries of a school corporation are changed so that additional territory, constituting all or a part of any one (1) or more other school corporations, is transferred to the school corporation.[Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-4-4-1(b).]As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.7.
