(a) A change in a plan may be initiated by one (1) of the following procedures:(1) By filing a petition signed by at least ten percent (10%) of the voters of the school corporation with the clerk of the circuit court.(2) By a resolution adopted by the governing body of the school corporation.(3) By ordinance adopted by a city legislative body under section 13 of this chapter.(b) A petition, resolution, or ordinance must set forth a description of the plan that conforms with section 7 of this chapter.[Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-4-10.1-5.]As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.7.
