(a) A school corporation shall file with the secretary of education:(1) a transcript showing the acts and resolutions related to the school corporation's formation; and(2) a description, if not otherwise contained in the transcript under subdivision (1), of the structure and manner of selection of its governing body.(b) The transcript or description under subsection (a) shall be filed not more than sixty (60) days after the school corporation's creation or the school corporation's adoption of a new plan.(c) A school corporation shall file with the secretary of education before August 1 of each year a list of names and addresses of:(1) members of its governing body; and(2) the school corporation's officers along with the expiration of the officer's respective terms.(d) A school corporation shall file any change to a list under subsection (c) not later than thirty (30) days after the change occurs.[Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-4-10.1-16.]As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.7.
