(a) A student who applies for admission to the academy must:(1) be eligible to attend a public school in Indiana;(2) demonstrate exceptional intellectual ability; and(3) demonstrate a commitment to scholarship.(b) A student shall be admitted without regard to sex, race, religion, creed, national origin, or household income.[Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-14.5-3.]As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.209.
