'Adult high school' refers to a charter school that has a majority of students enrolled with the school that:(1) belong to a graduation cohort that has already graduated; or(2) are over the age of eighteen (18) years of age;at the time the student was first enrolled at the school.As added by P.L.47-2014, SEC.1.
