The treasurer's receipt for the money must be filed with the business manager of the board.(b) The business manager, after receiving the treasurer's receipt, shall issue a quietus. The business manager's quietus alone is sufficient evidence of payment to the board.(c) Only the treasurer of the board may collect or receive money payable to the board.
