1-6.1-5 (as amended by P.L.36-1994, before its repeal, now codified at section 8 of this chapter), P.L.36-1994 does not affect:(1) rights or liabilities accrued;(2) penalties incurred;(3) crimes committed; or(4) proceedings begun;before July 1, 1995. Those rights, liabilities, penalties, crimes, and proceedings continue and shall be imposed and enforced under prior law as if P.L.36-1994 had not been enacted.As added by P.L.220-2011, SEC.331.
