The department shall establish deadlines for each school to provide the information required under section 13 of this chapter.(b) Notwithstanding subsection (a), the department shall report the four (4) year graduation rates for each cohort not later than January 15 following the cohort's expected graduation rate.As added by P.L.229-2007, SEC.12.
