Except for IC 20-26-4-1, IC 20-26-4-4, and IC 20-26-4-5, the powers given each school corporation in IC 20-26-1 through IC 20-26-5, IC 20-26-7, IC 20-40-12, and IC 20-48-1 and the limitations on those powers set out in IC 20-26-1 through IC 20-26-5, IC 20-26-7, IC 20-26-7.1, IC 20-40-12, and IC 20-48-1 may not be construed to limit the authority of the governing body given by any other statute or rule.[Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-5-6-1.]As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.10.
