(a) Beginning in the 2022-2023 school year, each school corporation and charter high school shall provide:(1) each student; and(2) a parent of each student;of a school corporation or a charter high school who is in grade 12 with a notice regarding the information described in IC 21-18-6-6(b).(b) Each school corporation and charter high school shall use the model notice prepared by the commission for higher education under IC 21-18-6-6.(c) A nonpublic high school may provide:(1) a student; or(2) the parent of a student;of a nonpublic school who is in grade 12 with a notice regarding the information described in IC 21-18-6-6(b).As added by P.L.287-2019, SEC.6.
