Ten (10) days after a petition is filed under section 13 of this chapter, the court shall appoint:(1) one (1) disinterested freeholder residing in the school corporation or township where the real estate is located; and(2) two (2) disinterested appraisers licensed under IC 25-34.1;who are residents of Indiana to appraise and assess the value of the real estate.
