(a) A school corporation may not dismiss or suspend any employee because of affiliation with or activity in an organization unless that organization advocates:(1) the overthrow of the United States government by:(A) force; or(B) the use of violence; or(2) the violation of law;to achieve its objective.(b) A rule or regulation contrary to subsection (a) is void.[Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-6.1-6-13.]As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.12.
