The guidelines developed under section 3 of this chapter must incorporate methods that assist individuals in developing competency in employing approaches to create positive classroom and school climates that are culturally responsive, which may include:(1) classroom management strategies;(2) restorative justice;(3) positive behavioral interventions and supports;(4) social and emotional training as described in IC 12-21-5-2, IC 20-19-3-12, and IC 20-26-5-34.2; and(5) conflict resolution.As added by P.L.220-2015, SEC.7.
