(b) The supplemental service teacher's contract shall be used when a teacher provides professional service in evening school or summer school employment, except when a teacher or other individual is employed to supervise or conduct noncredit courses or activities.(c) The salary of a teacher on a supplemental service contract shall be determined by the superintendent.
