'Exclusive representative' means the:(1) school employee organization that has been:(A) certified for purposes of this article by the board; or(B) recognized by a school employer as the exclusive representative of the employees in an appropriate unit;under IC 20-29-5-1 through IC 20-29-5-5; or(2) person or persons authorized to act on behalf of a representative described in subdivision (1).[Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-7.5-1-2(l).]As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.13.
