The contract must contain the following terms:(1) The amount of work to be performed.(2) The kind of work to be performed.(3) The length of the period of employment.(4) The rate of compensation agreed on by the employee and the governing body.(5) The total amount to be paid.A contract entered into under this section is not a teaching contract or an extension of a teaching contract.
