The department in accordance with requirements established by the state board shall approve a civics course access program course that:(1) meets the requirements under IC 20-30-5-2(a); and(2) is presented with special emphasis on the items listed in IC 20-30-5-5(a) and IC 20-30-5-6(b).As added by P.L.200-2021, SEC.3.
