The curriculum program of each grade level from kindergarten through grade 12 in a school in a school corporation must be consistent with the following standards:(1) The academic standards developed under this chapter.(2) The student competencies developed for the Core 40 college preparation curriculum models established under IC 20-30-10 or diploma requirements established under IC 20-19-2-21.[Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-10.1-16-6.]As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.15.
