(b) The state board shall, not later than six (6) months after the date a school submits a completed application for accreditation form under this section, approve or deny accreditation to the school.(c) If the state board denies a school accreditation under this section, the state board shall send a notice to the school stating the reasons for denying accreditation of the school.(d) The department shall post a copy of the application for accreditation form as required under IC 20-19-3-21.As added by P.L.171-2023, SEC.3.
