7) to provide dropout recovery educational services for an at-risk student who is enrolled at a public school, the student:(1) may not be included in the calculation of the public school's:(A) category or designation of school performance; and(B) graduation rate; and(2) shall be included in the eligible school's graduation rate calculation.(b) The state board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 and any guidelines necessary to carry out this section.As added by P.L.217-2017, SEC.105.
