7), or state accredited nonpublic school is entitled to acquire at no charge from the department:(1) the assessments under the statewide assessment program; and(2) the scoring reports used by the department.(b) A state accredited nonpublic school or an eligible school (as defined in IC 20-51-1-4.7) shall:(1) administer the statewide assessment program's assessment or assessments, as applicable, to its students at the same time or times that school corporations administer the program's assessment or assessments, as applicable, under section 7 of this chapter; and(2) make available to the department the results of the statewide assessment program's assessment or assessments, as applicable.As added by P.L.242-2017, SEC.41.
