To carry out the purposes described in section 2 of this chapter:(1) assessment reporting for assessments developed under this chapter must be:(A) reliable;(B) accurate;(C) user friendly; and(D) timely;(2) the statewide assessment program must help students understand their college and career readiness; and(3) the statewide assessment program must hold schools accountable for preparing students for college and careers.As added by P.L.242-2017, SEC.41.
