The department shall do the following:(1) Subject to section 6 of this chapter, develop a formula to be approved by the state board, reviewed by the budget committee, and approved by the budget agency for the distribution of grants to school corporations.(2) Distribute grant funds according to the formula.(3) Determine standards for remediation programs to be funded under the program.(4) Administer the program.[Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-10.1-17-4.5.]As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.16.
