An expulsion that has been upheld by a governing body continues in effect during judicial review under section 21 of this chapter unless:(1) the court grants a temporary restraining order under the Indiana Rules of Civil Procedure; and(2) the school corporation was given the opportunity to appear at the hearing regarding the temporary restraining order.[Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-8.1-5.1-15.5.]As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.17.
