If a public health facility is not available, the township trustee or an appropriate governmental agency shall provide the necessary care.(c) A student who is sent home under this section may be readmitted to the school:(1) when it is apparent to school officials that the student is no longer ill, no longer has a communicable disease, or is no longer infested with parasites;(2) upon certification of a physician that the student is no longer ill, no longer has a communicable disease, or is no longer infested with parasites;(3) upon certification of a physician that the student has a communicable disease, but the disease is not transmissible through normal school contacts; or(4) upon
