As used in this chapter, 'emergency stock medication' means emergency medication to which both of the following apply:(1) The prescription or statewide standing order for the emergency medication is filled by a school or school corporation.(2) The emergency medication is stored at a school in accordance with this chapter.As added by P.L.117-2017, SEC.4.
