(b) Whenever a student transfers to another school, the school from which the student is transferring may furnish, not later than twenty (20) days after the transfer, a copy of the student's immunization record to the school to which the student is transferring.(c) Whenever a student enrolls in a state educational institution, the school from which the student graduated may furnish a copy of the student's immunization record to the state educational institution.
