As used in this chapter, 'amplification device' means:(1) a hearing aid;(2) a cochlear implant;(3) a bone anchored hearing device;(4) a direct microphone system; or(5) any combination of the aids, implants, devices, or systems described in subdivisions (1) through (4).As added by P.L.260-2019, SEC.1.
