The level of services a child shall receive as part of the auditory-verbal accelerated education program shall be determined by the individual educational plan team, which includes the child's parent and a certified listening and a spoken language specialist in accordance with the administrative rules adopted by the department.As added by P.L.201-2023, SEC.179.
