The office shall:(1) determine the cost of conducting hearings under this chapter; and(2) after July 1, 2025, assess each school corporation and charter school in the state, based on the weighted ADM count, a fee that is sufficient to cover the costs determined under subdivision (1).As added by P.L.162-2024, SEC.23.
