A teacher who:(1) is employed by a special education cooperative; and(2) does not have existing years of service in any of the participating school corporations;shall be considered to be employed by the special education cooperative and is entitled to the same rights and privileges under IC 20-28-6, IC 20-28-7.5, IC 20-28-8, IC 20-28-9, and IC 20-28-10 as if the teacher were employed by a school corporation.[Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-1-6-20(d).]As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.19.
