Before February 1 of each calendar year, a program for preschool children with disabilities that is supported by the division of family resources shall notify a school corporation of the numbers and disabling conditions of the children who are likely to enter into a program of special education in the school corporation in the immediately following school year.[Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-1-6-22.]As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.19.
