(b) The guidelines developed under subsection (a) shall include a plan for increasing the:(1) availability of advanced placement program in schools with a high concentration of low income students; and(2) participation of low income students in advanced placement programs;through information dissemination through print, electronic, and broadcast media that informs parents and students of the importance of advanced placement and preadvanced placement courses to a student's ability to gain access to and to succeed in postsecondary education.[Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-10.1-22.2-9.]As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.20.
