(b) The program shall be administered by the department.(c) Subject to appropriation by the general assembly, the department shall provide schools the same per pupil exam fee amounts for international baccalaureate and Cambridge International exams as the per pupil per exam funding amount for a student to take advanced placement exams.As added by P.L.216-2021, SEC.36.
