(a) For purposes of section 7 of this chapter, an emergency when used with respect to repair or replacement is:(1) a fire;(2) a flood;(3) a windstorm;(4) a mechanical failure of any part of a structure; or(5) an unforeseeable circumstance.(b) For purposes of section 7 of this chapter, an emergency when used with respect to site acquisition is the unforeseeable availability of real property for purchase.As added by P.L.244-2017, SEC.86.
