As used in this chapter, 'eligible student' means a child or an emancipated minor:(1) who is enrolled in an accredited nonpublic school in kindergarten or grades 1 through 12; and(2) in the case of:(A) a child, whose parent meets; or(B) an emancipated minor, meets;the financial eligibility standard under IC 20-33-5.As added by P.L.201-2023, SEC.189.
