(a) Each state fiscal year, the department shall, for each school corporation, determine the following:(1) Determine each eligible pupil who:(A) successfully completed an Indiana diploma with a Core 40 with academic honors designation program; and(B) was receiving Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) benefits, or foster care services;in the school year ending in the previous state fiscal year.(2) Determine each eligible pupil who:(A) successfully completed an Indiana diploma with a Core 40 with technical honors designation program; and(B) was receiving Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) benefits, or foster care services;in the school year ending in the previous state fiscal year. However, an eligible pupil who would otherwise be double counted under this subdivision and subdivision (1) may not be considered to meet the requirements under this subdivision.(3) Determine each eligible pupil who:(A) successfully completed an Indiana diploma with a Core 40 with academic honors designation program; and(B) was not receiving Supplemental
