(a) Except as provided under subsection (b), in addition to the amount a school corporation is entitled to receive in basic tuition support, each school corporation is entitled to receive a grant for career and technical education programs. For state fiscal years beginning after June 30, 2023, the amount of the grant is the sum of:(1) the aggregate amount determined under section 15 of this chapter; plus(2) the amount determined for the school corporation under section 15.5 of this chapter.(b) A school corporation may not receive a grant under this chapter for a student enrolled in a career and technical education program if the student is enrolled in the CSA program established by IC 20-51.4-3-1.5.[Pre-2006 Recodification Citation: 21-3-12-4 part.]As added by P.L.2-2006, SEC.166.
