Before July 11 of each year, the secretary of education shall certify to the county auditor:(1) the consolidated ADA ratio of the qualified school corporations;(2) the number of pupils in the fall count under IC 20-43-4 of each qualified school corporation for the school year ending in the calendar year; and(3) an estimate of these statistics for the succeeding school year.[Pre-2006 Recodification Citation: 21-2-12-4.1(b) part.]As added by P.L.2-2006, SEC.168.
