A school corporation's property tax levy imposed under this chapter for its operations fund replaces the authority of the school corporation to impose property taxes under the following property tax levy provisions:(1) The school transportation fund levy (IC 20-46-4) (repealed).(2) The school bus replacement fund levy (IC 20-46-5) (repealed).(3) The capital projects fund levy (IC 20-46-6) (repealed).(4) The levy under IC 36-10-13 (before January 1, 2019) to provide funding for an art association or a historical society.(5) The levy under IC 36-10-14 (before January 1, 2019) to provide funding for a public playground.As added by P.L.244-2017, SEC.106.
