A school corporation may impose a school safety referendum tax levy for the school corporation's fund in the amount allowed under sections 6 through 19 of this chapter, but the amount may not exceed ten cents ($0.10) on each one hundred dollars ($100) of assessed valuation.As added by P.L.272-2019, SEC.12.
