A referendum levy under this chapter may be put into effect only if a majority of the individuals who vote in a referendum that is conducted in accordance with this section and sections 9 through 19 of this chapter approve the school corporation's making a levy for the ensuing calendar year.As added by P.L.272-2019, SEC.12.
