'Career scholarship student' means an individual who:(1) has legal settlement in Indiana;(2) is at least five (5) years of age and less than twenty-two (22) years of age on the date in the school year specified in IC 20-33-2-7; and(3) is enrolled in grade 10, 11, or 12 in Indiana.As added by P.L.202-2023, SEC.24.
