'Skill competency' means a skill that is recognized by a CSA participating entity as an essential knowledge area learned during:(1) a course sequence;(2) a career course;(3) a modern youth apprenticeship;(4) an apprenticeship or apprenticeship program (as defined in IC 20-43-8-0.3); or(5) a program of study leading to an industry recognized credential;that has been approved under IC 20-51.4-4.5-6.As added by P.L.202-2023, SEC.41.
