(a) Beginning July 1, 2025, a career scholarship student may only receive a grant amount for a sequence, course, apprenticeship, or program of study described in section 6(a) of this chapter that aligns with the career scholarship student's graduation plan.(b) The commission for higher education may contract with one (1) or more entities to:(1) establish graduation plans with career scholarship students who have not established graduation plans with a school corporation or school; and(2) discuss sequence, course, apprenticeship, and program of study opportunities with career scholarship students.As added by P.L.202-2023, SEC.62.
