§ 20-51-4-4-5-8

Upon entering into or renewing an agreement under this chapter, the treasurer of state shall provide to the parent of a career scholarship student or an emancipated career scholarship student a written explanation of the authorized uses of the money in the CSA account and the responsibilities of the parent of a career scholarship student or an emancipated career scholarship student and the treasurer of state regarding a CSA account established under section 1 of this chapter or participation in the CSA program with an ESA account, if applicable.As added by P.L.202-2023, SEC.62.
