The commission for higher education shall, in consultation with the department, approve individuals and entities that provide sequences, courses, apprenticeships, or programs of study designated and approved under IC 20-51.4-4.5-6(a) as CSA participating entities under this article.As added by P.L.202-2023, SEC.69.
