§ 20-51-4-2

(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), an eligible choice scholarship student is entitled to a choice scholarship under this chapter for each school year that the eligible choice scholarship student enrolls in an eligible school.(b) An eligible choice scholarship student is not entitled to a choice scholarship under this chapter for a particular year if the eligible choice scholarship student receives an annual grant amount under IC 20-51.4-4-2 under the Indiana education scholarship account program for the same school year.As added by P.L.92-2011, SEC.10.
